Ahead of pick up time, your driver will be in touch with you to confirm the right time and location. You’re also welcome to call us ahead of time and we’ll reach out directly to your driver. If you’re having trouble connecting with your driver at the time of pick up, you should give us a call and we’ll reach out to your driver.

This can be a complicated process, with the volatile nature of flight schedules and the heavy traffic that can bring drivers to a standstill as they near the airport. Likewise, if you do not show up for pick up at the airport, we will release your driver from their assignment if we do not hear from you within 90 minutes of your flight’s arrival.
