We can bring you to the airport for a flight out of the area or pick you up after your flight lands at one of the local airports we serve. For airport pickups, we have a 90-minute window from the time of your flight arrival to the time your pick up will be canceled. If our driver arrives to pick you up and you don’t show and we don’t hear from you, we will release the driver from the pick up after 90 minutes. The client will still be billed for the time.


For all other pickups, you should have a scheduled pick-up location with your driver. Your driver will be waiting for you there at the scheduled pick-up time. If you can’t find your driver, give us a call and we’ll call your driver for you. 

Flight Delays or Changes 

We recommend you contact Tel Aviv Limo right away if there’s been a change with your flight. Let us know if your pick-up time will need to be altered as the result of a flight cancelation, delay, or diversion.


While Tel Aviv Limo will keep track of your scheduled arrival time through various flight websites, we will need to get in touch with you directly if there’s an anticipated change with your pick up time. Connect with us to determine the best time for pick up. If you’re running just a little bit late, there’s no need to change your pick-up time. There’s no charge for the first hour after your flight arrives.
